The Bell Inn boasts over 700 years of history as one of the oldest pubs in the county still serving! Hisotic photographs and arial shoots decour the wall of the bar & the restaurant boasts an internal mullian window that predates the Gregorian calender!

New tennants Karen and David have sought to breath life back into the tired pub by taking inspiration from some of the older photos, with a restaurant styled in the Victorian fasion and the introduction of a teahouse and teagarden.

Karen and David were both born in the little fishing Village of Beer in Devon. David attended Bristol university, studying politics and ecenomics while Karen lived and trained as an optician in Exeter. Eventually both settled in Pembrokeshire to teach, Karen specialising in autistic studies and education.

It was in Pembrokeshire that Darcy, Joe and his sister Rebecca were raised, the latter having dissapeared off to study the English Language in Durham. Joe and Darcy have spent the last two years managing an old coaching inn in the Tivey Valley.

Joe inherited his love of seafood and fishing at a young age but has since become enamored with the age old art of butchery and wild game. So expect a menu bursting with fresh locally sourced meat & fish, sweet desserts and some suprisingly delicious vegan dishes tried and tested during Darcys highly sucsessful vegan nights back in West Wales!
